Inspire Plastics
From Cassettes to Robotics: A Legacy of Growth
The company's journey began in earnest between 1994 and 2004, establishing itself as Asia's no. 1 cassette tape and compact disc manufacturer. This strong foundation in manufacturing excellence set the stage for future diversification.
A pivotal shift occurred in 2004, as the company strategically pivoted into the garment hanger manufacturing industry. This new venture proved successful, leading to a significant milestone in 2008 when they became an exclusive manufacturer for Walmart, solidifying their presence in the global retail supply chain.
The period from 2009 to 2015 saw the company expand its influence further by working alongside the world's 1st and 2nd largest global hanger companies. This strategic collaboration enhanced their expertise and market position.
By 2019, the company began building its own brand identity, successfully setting up Prosperity and Inspire Plastics. A major strategic acquisition followed in 2020, when they acquired the US IP, molds, and key assets from Braiform, a major global competitor.
Embracing the future, 2022 marked a move into advanced manufacturing with the introduction of robot arm & factory automation.
Looking ahead, the company has clear plans for future expansion: a dust free workshop setup is slated for 2025, followed by the development of another new factory plant in 2026 to facilitate further business growth.
